After nearly 30 years in banking I left to start this company and help people to get value out of their investment in IT. Throughout my working life I have been involved in “making IT work” at every scale possible. I have built many PCs over the years and assisted family, neighbours and friends to get the best from the equipment they have bought. Recently I have honed my amateur skills by taking formal qualifications in PC support ready for starting this business. My main skill, which I have always had, is the ability to help people to understand the technical world that I know. There isn’t a technical qualification for this! I am also an IT volunteer for the RNIB.
