Different customers require different services and the best way I can find to tailor the service to your needs is to charge based on whether you are domestic (i.e. the problem is with a PC at home) or  commercial (the PC is within a business environment). Usually it’s obvious but if you have any questions we can agree the charge in advance.

If travelling a significant distance from my location is involved there may be an extra charge.

A charge of £40 will be payable if nobody is in when I arrive at an agreed

time. I will provide as much notice as possible if I am prevented from making an appointment.
