The most effective way of dealing with most problems is for me to visit, assess the situation and determine a way forward. Most of the time I will manage to fix the problem, my success rate is shown below. If I cannot immediately fix it I will recommend a course of action and tell you how much it will cost. There will usually be some options and it may involve you buying something yourself such as memory (I’ll help you to do this).

A lot of my customers choose to have an annual review. This involves a visit to check the PC over to make sure it is performing as well as it can. I will keep track of when it is due and call you to arrange a visit when the time comes. Let me know if you want to join this programme.
